Good Times...

Jordan broke his nose in 3 places in gym class. He accidentally went into a football going through the air ha ha. Well, true... the football hit the side of his nose and BAMM! Blood gushing crooked nose. He had surgery on it to straighten it out, and open up the septum. PAINFUL!

We stayed up at Wolf Creek over a few days and hit a Utah State game. I love that campus and the small town environment. Tons of fun with the kids.

Random, just thought it was funny how Huddy was pushing his Halloween Candy around.

Ha Ha...Madi and Jer remind me of how me and Jer were when we were younger. They tease to no end with each other. Madi calls him 'germy'.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDPA LEE!

We had the Celebration at our house with the family. Grandpa has been in and out of the hospital all year. He has had a stroke, but mom and Aunt Karen and Ruth got him to the hospital within the 3 hours to help reverse any effects. He is doing well, the Parkinson's Disease brings on a lot of trials, but grandpa stays strong, and a spirit even stronger. I love him.

JORDAN'S EAGLE PROJECT

Jordan worked with Riverton City about 'what goes downstream' for Jordan's eagle project, he went around a mapped area and cleaned the storm drains, and placed a decal of awareness about the storm water drains. He had tons of help and participation from his troop.

Jordan's grandpa was a big supporter too!

Birthdays!

Hudson turned 3 on September 22, 2011. He is in the middle of potty training, thus the mix matched jammies. Huddy loves to play, loves to joke around, loves to laugh. One of his famous words is 'come wif you?' because with all of us going different directions, he just wants to go, go, go! He goes into Sunbeams in January...yikes. He destroys a lot of toys, not necessarily on purpose, it's just the way he plays. Jordan will let him play with some of his toys from when Jordan was little, and next thing we know... Huddy is going to Jordan and says 'sorry Jord, I bwoke it'. Luckily Jordan is forgiving. He is a snuggler too. At bedtime, he will just snuggle...I think it's to delay going to bed, but I'll take advantage of what I can get!

This is a great classic look I get constantly from my 14 year old. He does this to me, cause he knows he can make me laugh if I feel just a little angry at him.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MADI!

Oh my gosh! I am so lucky to have one girl that I can get all girly with! She is so much fun to be around. I love the way she dances in the car while I'm driving, I love when she starts to giggle, I think it is so funny when she makes really silly comments that she is being serious about, Madi is just a fun girl to be around. She is in to a lot of tween things. I have to be careful to not let her grow up too fast! She likes the zebra prints and neon pink and green. Best thing of all, is we both believe in retail therapy... yes, we love to shop together.

Madi has a sporty girl side to her too. She just finished playing Volleyball, and just started into Basketball with Joel and one of the other dad's coaching. Our Saturday's are a blast because we get to watch Madi play Basketball, then go and watch Jordan play on the middle school team too! Love it!

Okay, she could not get those darn candles blown out, because she was laughing and just so excited... then she started pulling funny faces. I think she had success blowing the candles out on this one.

I love nativity scenes. I love the beautiful story. Somehow, Huddy finds a way to do something goofy to make everyone laugh... darn kid! Madi was so intent on playing the part! Bridger was Joseph and Kennedy was the angel and the star.

And the kids. Jer in his awesome Christmas sweater with a full functioning stocking. Jen, sweet and beautiful, and me. I was so happy that Jen and Erik could join us for a bit. Jenny is having a lot of health problems. I love her. I feel so happy and grateful when I get to be with her.

Days leading up to Christmas!

SUB-4-SANTA CELEBRATION ASSEMBLY $18,668.18 DONATED BY STUDENTS OF OHMS!

So, Jordan is the SBO President at Oquirrh Hills Middle. Every year they raise money to donate to Sub-4-Santa. Those kids worked so hard to get donations! They sang Christmas carols outside of Peterson's Grocery Store, a raffle, a shadow day which is a student can pay to follow around a teacher or SBO for the whole day. The SBO's could have 2 people shadow them...I guess by the end of the day, Jordan had 6 people shadowing him. The pic above is obviously a pie fight, but the students donated 100.00 to be in this pie fight to throw one at an SBO or teacher that volunteered to have pie in the face. It was fun to watch.

Jordan and Pricipal Mike Anderson...he is awesome! For raising the goal that they set, Mr. Anderson agreed to get tazed by a taze gun for part of the Celebration Assembly.

Some of the teachers volunteered to do this Hawaiian dance if the donation goal of $18,000 was met.

They went a little soft on Mr. Anderson, for safety purposes, they had cops link to him, I guess to soften the blow. So they put one end of the Taze on the cop on the left and one on the right cop, and the taze traveled through all of them. They did a weird jiggy dance when it was over...they only let it go for like one second.

An awesome K-9 demonstration. This dog was adorable until he got his commands. They put the Asst. Principal in a full body suit for the dog to attack, and the dog drug the Asst. Principal all around the stage, until he got his command to stop.

This awesome teacher shaved her head, and donated her hair to locks of love. It's like donating twice...sub-4-santa donation motivator AND locks of love!

Mrs. Tweed, the Marine Gym teacher allowed the students to make an ice-cream sundae out of her!

CHRISTMAS EVE AT THE STEINER-RAY'S

Christmas Eve over at Jenna and Gary's Home. It was so nice! And yummy food, of course!
